RECRUITMENT OVERVIEW

|In-house Training System|

One month of consulting training for inexperienced people for the purpose of being active as a consultant early onWe are doing it for a while.

|We are looking for|

For Experienced SAP Consultants

Essential Conditions

Working Experience: 3 years or more

Japanese Language Skill: Native speaker, or business level or above (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

Experience in any of the following

  • Experience of working with system implementation vendors on SAP product implementation projects

  • Experience in maintenance work such as operation/system modification etc. of SAP products at a system development/maintenance vendor

 

Preferred Conditions

English Language Skill: Business level or above

For Inexperienced SAP Consultants

Essential Conditions

Working Experience: 5 years or more

Japanese Language Skill: Native speaker, or business level or above (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

Experience in any of the following

  • Experience in ERP or enterprise business application implementation projects at system implementation vendor

  • Experience in maintenance work such as operation and system modification of ERP or enterprise business applications at system maintenance vendor.

  • Experience in system development using programming languages (C++, Java, Python, etc.) at system development vendor

  • Experience of working on internal projects related to DX and business efficiency improvement through system implementation at business company

  • Experience in actual operations in various business areas such as accounting, human resources, SCM, etc. at business company

 

Preferred Conditions

English Language Skill: Business level or above

|Salary|

Annual Salary: 450 million yen ~ 1500 milion yen

*Fixed Overtime pay・Fixed Bonus Included

*Monthly Salary over 28 million yen

- Fixed Overtime Allowance: Monthly fixed overtime allowance of 40 hours per month; Overtime in excess of fixed overtime is paid separately

- Bonus allowance:. 1/14 of the fixed bonus annual salary is paid monthly and the remaining 2/14 as a fixed bonus, plus a separate performance bonus

※Salary and rank to be determined based on experience and ability.  Plus allowances, incentives and transportation expenses paid

Example of Annual Salary *Performance bonus included

Manager(6 years of experience): Annual 1,250 million yen

Senior Consultant(3~6 years of experience): Annual 950 million yen

Consultant(2~3 years of experience): Annual 650 million yen

|Workplace|

Head Office : Kudan-Kaikan Terrace, 1-6-5 Kudan Minami, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

Branch Office : Hilton Plaza West Office Tower 2-2-2 Umeda Kita-ku, Osaka

*Telecommuting system and remote work system available

*Depending on the project, there are other locations nationwide (considering the wishes of the person)

|Working Hours|

Flex time system

(Standard working hours 9:00-18:00 / Standard working hours 8 hours / No core time)

|Type of employment|

Full-time employee: Trial period of 3 months

(There is no change in treatment and salary during that time)

|Selection Flow|

STEP 1

Casual Interview & Primary Interview

A casual interview will be held in advance to introduce the company, salary, evaluation system, business details, etc. Depending on your wishes, the company introduction (casual interview) and the first interview may be conducted as a set.

STEP 2

Second Interview

Interviews will be conducted by on-site members of the Manager/Senior Consultant class.

STEP 3

Final Interview

Conduct a face-to-face final interview with a board member.

STEP 4

​Offer Interview

Considering the interview results, we will present annual income and expected performance bonuses.

If the offer is mutually agreed upon, we proceed to a separate process of concluding an employment contract.
