Please tell us about your career before you met ARK.

After graduating from graduate school, I became interested in corporate DX while working on data analysis for about a year. Currently, DX in companies is mostly implemented by ERP, and SAP is the product that leads the ERP market, so I met ARK when I was narrowing down my career goal to SAP.

What areas are you currently focusing on?

​

I'm currently focusing on the master data management area. Master data is indispensable information for a company to carry out its business and is a valuable asset that is accumulated in the company's systems. Even in the era of DX and Big Data, master data is still at the core of data utilization, so I am currently working on master data management related tasks to improve my SAP skills.

What are the strengths of ARK in your point of view?

​

I believe it would be our SAP expertise. More than 30% of the employees are experienced SAP consultants. In addition, inexperienced people have many opportunities for growth thanks to our educational environment. We have an in-house training system, an SAP-related qualification assistance system, and training materials. This environment makes it easy to improve your SAP skills.

What do you think is the best thing about joining ARK?

I believe that I can grow with the company. We also support internal operations while improving SAP skills. I feel that it is very rewarding to contribute to the company by being able to acquire communication skills and documentation skills while being involved in work that I do not usually get the chance to be involved in.

What is it like working at ARK?

​

I think ARK is a lively workplace. We all work on different projects, but if we have a problem, there is always someone to talk to, and I think that it is a very open workplace where people can talk about things other than work while working hard with each other with their specialized knowledge.
