Please tell us about your career before you met ARK.

I had been working in the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) area for about 8 years at a foreign consulting firm when I was invited by the founder of ARK, who was a colleague of mine at the time. In addition to the trust we've built through the precious work, I thought it would be such a fun to work for a venture company where I could challenge myself in many ways which is difficult to acheive in other major consulting firms, as well as accumulating overwhelming experience through various successes and failures, and growing with the company.

What areas are you currently focusing on?

I am currently focusing on training mid-career employees while continuing to participate in projects in the financial accounting area. As a venture company, mid-career employees will form the foundation of our business activities, and I believe that their growth is secretly connected to the growth of our business. In this context, we are giving them practical experience in a comprehensive job while gradually assigning them to more challenging tasks, taking into account their skills, experience, and motivation.

What are the strengths of ARK in your point of view?

We have a group of talented members who have served in major consulting firms. We have a wealth of knowledge and can provide strong support and an optimal environment for growth according to each employee's stage of growth.

And also, as a venture company, we are highly responsive to change. We are not assigned to a single line of work, but rather a wide range of tasks depending on each employee's desire to grow.

What do you think is the best thing about joining ARK?

Despite being a venture company, the salary and benefits are competitive with those of major consulting firms. In fact, not only the salary/benefits are excellent, but also the organizational structure and culture are in the vein of large foreign consulting firms, with the added bonus of stability, flexibility, and future potential, and is growing rapidly. Also, even ARK is crrently a venture firm, we are taking annual company trips which is very attractive.

What is it like working at ARK?

The organization is very open, everyone is highly motivated, and I feel that the atmosphere in the workplace is the best among the consulting firms I have experienced so far. Also I think this is partly due to the fact that we are a venture company, but in any case, it is easy for employees to talk to each other and communicate with each other, regardless of age or gender. With the help of organization, the employees have a clear sense of purpose, and as long as they produce results, they can work freely at their own discretion, which is highly motivating.
