Please tell us about your career before you met ARK.

I have been involved in the SAP consulting industry for many years, and while working at my previous consulting firm, I received an invitation from a friend from graduate school who founded ARK to help grow the company. After being properly explained the company’s founding philosophy and prospects, I decided to change my job to ARK since we had a strong relationship of trust after working together on our graduation project and through the time spent travelling and playing basketball together.

What are the strengths of ARK in your point of view?

The experience and results that can be obtained are precisely because we take on the challenge of solving various problems with a high degree of difficulty. I believe that this is the best field for me to further develop myself, as I can experience work that has a huge impact on the world.

What do you think is the best thing about joining ARK?

I feel that the company firmly protects, thinks about, and supports the growth of its employees. While enhancing my business knowledge and consulting skills through ARK's SAP consulting business, I am able to see clear results and realize how my work is helping our clients when taking care of their business and making improvements and direct changes.
