Please tell us about your career before you met ARK.

I joined a Japanese SAP implementation and maintenance operation company as a new graduate. As a consultant, I was involved in SAP system introduction projects in the public utility industry and the manufacturing industry, mainly for domestic business manufacturers. I also experienced BI implementation and maintenance operation projects for SAP products. My first encounter with our company was when I was approached by a member who had joined the company in the same year as me at my previous job, and I declined the offer once, only to be approached again two years later. The fact that I was approached again made me feel that I was needed and that I wanted to challenge myself by changing my environment once again.

What areas are you currently focusing on?

Currently, there are many SAP-related projects, but in the future, we will need a broader perspective so that we can respond to customer needs, not limited to SAP. As the number of companies encouraging remote work increases, we believe that cloud products will become mainstream as the only requirement is an access to the internet.

What are the strengths of ARK in your point of view?

I feel that our strengths are our openness and our environment in which it is easy to express our opinions. Senior employees always listen to the younger employees with a welcoming attitude, and when young employees face difficulties, they consult with them and sometimes think about career plans together. I think it is a characteristic of our company that we are actively working on employee education and mental care.

What do you want to achieve by joining ARK?

I also have a role as a sales representative, so my goal is to improve the companys sales and employee satisfaction. We are focusing on actively exchanging opinions so that we can acquire good projects and face each employee to improve their skills and motivation. I would like to strengthen sales so that members can challenge various projects.

What is it like working at ARK?

Our company has a wide variety of members, and I think that it is an environment where you can actively challenge what you want to do. After joining the company, I am working on sales activities. We consider the formulation of sales policies and develop new business partners. It is important to grasp the trends and fashions of the world and grasp the needs of customers. Also, when conducting sales activities, a sense of speed is required in communicating with other companies. Therefore, it is necessary to quickly coordinate information within the company, creating an environment that facilitates communication.
